How to Return Items to Simply Sunshine
Do you want to return your purchase?
You have the right to cancel your order anytime up to 14 days after delivery of the goods. To do so you must formally let us know of your wish to cancel, by completing the following form. We will then process your returns request and issue you with a Returns Number (RMA No.) which must be clearly marked on the outside of the returned goods. Full details will be contained in our email back to you which will also include the RMA number.
Provided that any goods that you have received under the cancelled contract have been returned to us, at your own expense, complete, unused and in good condition within 14 days of your cancellation, you will be entitled to receive a full refund including the original delivery charges (if any) from us to you. Any refund will be made back to the same credit/debit card or payment method used to make the original purchase.
If you exercise your right of cancellation you must return the goods within 14 days of your notification of your wish to cancel. We recommend using a signed for delivery service to provide you with proof of return. If after you tell us that you wish to cancel or you fail to return the products to us within 14 days, we will deem that you have accepted the goods and will not issue you with a refund for the items. Your statutory rights concerning the quality of those products will not be affected.
